“Global Chain” is a modern logistics company in Azerbaijan. What documents are required for land freight transportation?

For general cargo set of documents are listed below: • CMR - (Convention Relative au Contrat de Transport International de Marchandises par la Route). In other words, CMR constitutes a proof of the contract of carriage by road, determines the scope and responsibility for the operation performed and identifies the parties involved and the goods being transported. • Export declaration is a form that is submitted by an exporter at the port of export. It provides information about the goods being shipped, including type, number, and value. • Invoice - a list of goods sent or services provided, with a statement of the sum due for these; a bill. • A Certificate of Origin Declaration of Origin (often abbreviated to C/O or CO or DOO) is a document widely used in international trade transactions which attests that the product listed therein has met certain criteria to be considered as originating in a particular country. • Packing list - is a document that includes details about the contents of a package.

Please, advise the estimated transit time for Groupage shipments? And for FTL please?

Thank you for the question. First of all, after your confirmation we arrange pick-up during 2-3 business days, secondly we consolidate the goods in our warehouse and dispatch them. From EU countries transit time covers 17-19 days approximately, from Russia TT takes 13-15 days approximately. For FTL shipments from EU countries TT takes 9-11 days, from Russia TT is 3-5 days approximately (depends on city of departure).
